FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Element
Why did you use maida in your wafers?
We use just 2g of maida in a 40g wafer—that’s as little as a single bite of biscuit! We tested whole wheat (atta), but let’s be real: it tasted like a “healthy” chocolate bar (read: not fun). So, we found the sweet spot—light, crispy wafers that still deliver on taste. Plus, we’ve packed in 3g of dietary fibre for better digestion.
Is fermented yeast protein actually good?
Absolutely! Fermented yeast protein is a complete protein with all 9 essential amino acids, a PDCAAS of 1.0/1.0 (just like whey), and zero allergens. It’s easier to digest, more sustainable, and helps you build and recover muscle, minus the dairy drama.
How do you get the sweetness without added sugar?
We use Maltitol—a nature-identical sweetener found in corn starch. It has the same sweetness as sugar but with a super low GI (30-35), meaning no crazy sugar spikes. Just pure, satisfying sweetness without the crash!
